My Website Needs a Redesign - NEEDED ASAP

I need someone who can work closely with me for the next 72 hours to complete this project, please do not bid if you cannot meet this deadline. I have already wasted time with another freelancer that promised to have my project completed within 5 days and finally after 8 days I had to find another designer. My website has not been redesigned in over 10 years and looks very dated, so I am looking for a creative web designer to help me revamp my site to bring it into 2012. I have attached a screenshot of the home page so you can get an idea of the current site...it is horrible. I am a property management firm that has residential rental properties that need to be showcased, searchable, editable, etc....so a database will be required. I am also looking for an easy to use content manager so I will be able to change the content of the site easily, as I am not very tech savvy. Basically when I award the project I am planning on sending you over the files that are currently contained on my hosting service and letting you work from that since it has all of the information that need as far as content goes. This project must be completed within the time frame that we agree on with no exceptions - you will not be paid if you do not meet your deadline. So please do not promise something that is not possible, and make sure that you are able to handle this project before bidding. Please include portfolio samples for review for your bid to be considered.
