Website and Graphic design and css in php

I have a very simple Project, which I haven’t had the time to finish yet. It’s basically a design and css task.
It's a simple project, and the max amount i would pay for this job is 100$.
I am I freelance web designer myself, but I could use a fresh per of eyes to take a look at the design, and some extra hands :-)
What I want you to do is to give my design a fresh brush, and you also have to implement the design in to 3 PHP pages.

The boxes on the main index page, has to be styled using an unordered list.
You have to use the following ul id and the li class. The "inside" classes and div’s are up to you!
The unordered list should generate 7 different "boxes" depending on the class my Sweetcron page generates.
Classes that needs to be styles like the graphical demo I provided: first, twitter_com, facebook_com, brightkite_com, brightkite_com_2, [url removed, login to view], blog
The “first” class is a "navigation box" that includes 4 boxes, where the user can click on "About me" or "Contact me". The "first" box is a static box, the rest of the LI boxes are generated by Sweetcron.
I will put the "last" class at the end of every third LI box!
