Scope:
I have listed this job before, but I did not to a great description so I'm doing it again.
Generate a wordpress based website/template to for the facelift/remaking of http://www.yateselec.com.au. I would like you to draw lots of inspiration for websites such as [login to view URL] It needs to be responsive and resize automatically in all browers and mobile devices. The mobile version needs to be easy to use and look professional, again reference the above website for inspiration as you will see it functions very well.
Must Haves :
1 – Would like it done in wordpress for easy modification
2 – Front page contact email form.
3 – Responsive, automatic resizing, preferably using Javascript
4- Logos,etc cannot be part of the template they need to be separate, attached files one a white background to make them easy to change/update.
5 – Menu's must be easy to add and remove buttons for future alternations
6 – website to be created on a temporary url do to monitor progress and allow us to to help finish content filling before transferring over existing URL.
7 – I would also like to know the additional cost to add an online store, Maybe using opencart or something like that. I will need more information about how the actual merchant service/money transfer works so I can work with my bank. I plant o use something like Commonwealth bank or Westpac SSL payment gateway to ensure security.
8 – I want it done relatively quickly, if you have very good feedback and can work speedily with an economic budget in mind that would be how I would pick the winner
9 – I want to ensure we own the intellectual property rights for the finished product so we can use it over again.
10 – Also keep in mind I can be quite picky and I want the design to be very good and very professional.
