Website design an realization - Typo 3 - repost

Dear Freelancers,

i need a website in Typo 3. The work include full SEO-implementation (Keywords in the seo-plugin, etc.) and grafical designwork. We will decide together, which plugins to use for the site.

Website will have arround 40 sub-pages. On the main site will be a Box with changing content (Pictures of Persons "workers" will fly in), Content-Menu must be with grafics and movable (use a plugin). I need a really good designer with his own ideas. Grafical desing must be very good, biggest competitor is on this site: [url removed, login to view] - Our website must be much better.
