Website Clone / Shopping Center

Project: I have a well based website custom built to work very well with several very useful contributions I would not want to lose built in OSCommerce currently lcoated at [login to view URL] I however want it to look as clean as another website competitor [login to view URL] It couldn't be exactly the same but if anything as nice or better graphicaly and as easy to use as the Marine Depot site. I also like how easy it is to navigate and shop the Marine Depot site which would be another requirement. One last request is that it be as easily edited such as what appears to be a html based [login to view URL] website so I too could post weekly specials, newsletters and such just as they do currently. SEO is an absolute must in the redesign to as much as possible for the scope of the job! THE JOB: I've been told this is just a GUI Skin placed over a shopping cart and something that could be done with my existing site as well along with these other requests. If this is true or not, I would like to hear detailed explanations in a PM on how you would go about doing this project and obviously other than quality, I would be looking for the most inexpensive bid possible because here in the USA right now as you are probably aware, we are in a recession and one that has us near bankruptcy so in a last ditch effort to make my site much more visably appealing, more functional and easily navigated I need to also be just as financially concience so please give me the best low ball price you feel is fair and I will give you other jobs as a bonus. I own over 500 websites and post about 7 new jobs a week. Thank you for your time and please consider my job if you feel you are qualified! P.S. I pay little attention to bids who don't take the time to at least write something "specifically" about my job postings. I like to know you are really looking at this ad and not using a bot for automated bidding. Thanks, Mike
