I need a mobile friendly website that can do the following: 1. Passengers registers and gets a verification code by psms. 2. Enters the verification code and is added as user. 3. He/she logs in then fills a taxi request form and gets a feed back immediately by sms. 4. The request is then distributed by sms to certain number of registered taxi drivers within a kilometer to his/her location. 5. Agents can register to submit taxis detail which then gets approved or rejected by admin and gets an sms alert base on condition. 6. Approved taxi gets an account with certain number of sms units base on the package he/she pays for. 7. The sms units gets deducted each time a request is sent to his/her mobile. 8. Admin can send sms to passengers, taxi drivers and Agents. 9. Admin can ban or terminate passenger, agent or taxi. 10. Agent have a sample taxi request form on their account page to test the application and for marketing to taxi drivers.
