small things needed to complete a magento installation/setup

Hi all, i have installed a magento eshop and customized it a lot already. However, due to time constraints and because i am fairly new to magento and i dont have the time to make everything myself as it is new for me and requires studying magento as a whole, i need the following things to be done: 1. Complete some front end template things, such as the menu styling, footer styling, some general styling. We do not require a full new template, just fixes on the current template (the default) such as background images, colors, fonts. We have ready examples of how to make some things visually, i can send the urls out. Given that i know html/css i know these things do not require lots of work if you know where everything in magento is. 2. I need the store to display all prices in EUROS, not us dollars. For some reason, i cannot setup the store to do that. I might have misconfigured it, deleted a file, not really sure, i do not get any errors, just USD appear instead of euros in both the front end and the administration. 3. Find a way to make any paypal payments add the 4% percentage paypal gets as a commission. This can either be a hack in the paypal module (i dont care as long as it works) or a more elegant solution :) 4. Update the store to the newer minor updates when all of the above are done. The project is online, alive, i can just give admin access and ftp access and you are ready to go. This is to be completed ASAP! Be sensible with offers! Also, on your bids, be descriptive of how much you would require for each 4 parts of the job, as i might want to pick one or two out of them in order to save money and be in the bid range. In case bidding does not bring any solution to any of the above, i will start making some of them myself, so that means i really need your price per part of the job, as in 2 days time, there might be only 2 of them still needing help.
