Slice 10 psd files to html website valid html and css

I have a photoshop files that need to be sliced into a website. In addition, the content needs to be incorporated into the site. THe most important thing is that the site needs to be functional. The text needs to be actual text instead of images. I need the files to use valid css. Images and text need to be incorporated into the site. A dropdown menu needs to be added to the site. Deliverables. 1) final html files in a zip folder The files need to be in the format so that they can simply be uploaded to Windows server. The contact form needs to be functional (preferrably ajax) but will except simple php as long as the success page provides a link back to the website. 2) any updates that are made to the psd file 3) if adobe fireworks is used, the final fireworks file is needed.
