YOU NEED TO CREATE A LOGO WHICH I AM EXPECTING TO SEE IN MY INBOX AS PROOF OF YOUR COMPETENCE FOR THIS PROJECT. IF YOU WANT YOU CAN PUT A WATERMARK ON IT. THE SITE NAME IS OWNERSBEST. 1. Site has to be similar to a Real Estate site with Listings like a Classified Ads. 2. To Post Listings you have Pay a Membership or a fee per ad. 3. I want 2 Types of Registration which includes normal people who want to sell, rent, or share their property and another login for real estate agents. 4. I need very advanced and accuarte search 5. People Can Just search for an ad trough the map Provided. 6. I want that when an ad is posted on the site it will automatically be submitted to 10 other local classified sites trough different accounts so there is no need to stay re-posting on each and every site. 7. I also would like to have e-mail and sms alerts to people who subscribe for different areas in similar search fields. 8. The Listings need to have who it was posted from and the contact details of the buyer. 9. SEO IS A MUST! NEED TO GETTING IT RANKING BY GOOGLE ASAP. There are some other things that I would like to add but will let you know as we go along this is an ongoing job for the right person. The Layout has to be something similar to domain dot com dot au but not the same I will leave it to your immagintion.
