PSD to WordPress theme - fully functional site - repost

Hey everybody, I am looking for a coder/programmer specialized in Worpress to create a responsive WP version of my design and fully functional site. OK, you need to be good at coding - I do have all PDS source files. the theme is 90% complete, however, the coder who was supposed to do it, cannot continue his work, so I need to find somebody to finish it. [login to view URL] There are 2 or 3 pages that need to be finished, + some corrections, adding captcha, some bits and pieces, some plugins, and when it is finished, upload to my hosting account. If you do not communicate on regular basis... we cannot work together! This is what you would need to do: 1. Complete pixel perfect theme (the rest of the pages listed above) 2. Upload to the TEST hosting account 3. Create webform/optins so that information is sent to the email 4. Install all the necessary plugins 5. 2 sliders (article and video pages) 6. Integrate and help me configure all the social media (floating buttons on the left hand side to the main column) 7. Install/integrate a floating box/something with a video - check attachment and look for the home page. 8. Menu bar with ability to add pages from Backend 9. Make a fully functional and secure site... 10. Be able to help me and answer some questions regarding the use of the wordpress, eg: how do I make this or that, how to add and connect these pages, how to insert this video and wrap with text AND keep little gap between the frame and the text, etc... 11. Website should be all browser compatible 12. Blog page will have all the default options (Recent posts, categories etc) 13. Buttons animated when pointed at 14. Contact form should have the Captcha and Google interactive map on Location/contact page. 15. Menu bar with ability to add pages from Backend 16. Search function should work perfect and show correct data from website 17. SEO and google other analitics plugins 18. You will connect all the pages/buttons, enter all the data for the Meta Tags and help enter content for pages of website (if I have problems with it). 19. Once everything is complete and approved, upload to my hosting account, and point to my hosting account 20. The deadline for the project is 3 days you should be online at google/skype so i can check updates with you. ** If you can't do this don't bid ** You need to have previous experience with PSD to Wordpress projects... PLEASE, PLEASE... this is an overdue project, which was supposed to be complete 3 weeks ago, so I have NO time to waste. I need somebody who can sit down and work on it, communicate with me LIVE via google or skype to fine tune it, complete everything efficiently.
