PHP Simple Web and Graphic Work + Bonus

We need a site designed that will incorporate the price comparison script from www.pricetapestry.com. The layout and function of the site will be similar to www.campusbooks.com. On the main page, we only need the logo bar across the top, the search box below, followed by a graphic box that we can place text over the top of outlining what the website is about and below that the bottom navigation.
The top navigation (Just a logo graphic bar for now) and the bottom navigation should have an “includes file” and be visible on every page. We will add content and landing pages that will need a more slender search bar. We want every page to include the search function.
The book selection and price comparison pages should function as the script dictates with enhanced graphics such as the top and bottom navigation as well as custom buy now buttons on the comparison page.
We will provide the script for work to the winning bidder. This project is time sensitive, and will need to be completed within 24 hours of project selection. If this deadline is met a bonus of $20 will be made. The max we are willing to pay for this work up front is $50 + a bonus of the $20 for a total of $70.
