thank you for your time to read the details. This is always very important for every job.
Due to the expanding amount of work I'm looking for good PHP and MySQL developers(no companies please). I'm looking for 1 or 2 developers in the moment and probably more in the next month, so nobody will be rejected and all of you will go in my "Future developers list", I may need you very soon actually. At first the work will be paid hourly until we have the ability to work some time on projects and I'm happy with the results and the working routine you have. After that this is probably going to be a full or part time position depending on your preferences.
So I'm looking for really good PHP and MySQL developers. Everything else is a big plus, but not mandatory. I know you can't know everything and all of us are learning all the time, but you SHOULD be very good in PHP and MySQL...everything else you just need to be eager to learn.
The work is challenging and interesting. Projects vary from simple websites to advanced multi server applications. What skills I consider a plus:
-Basic design skills(I don't want you to design the projects, I have really good designers for that, but slicing a design into a Valid CSS template will be good)
-Unix experience(in server administration preferably)
-Common Open source products(forums, online shops, CMS)
-Serious and reliable
-Easy to communicate
-Very good spoken and written ENGLISH is mandatory!!!
The work involves frequent communication through IM or email, depending on the work and frequent updates on work progress. Payment from $2 to $15 per hour depending on your skills. I guess it is needless to say, that you will begin from the lowest and grow rapidly will your progress. Test jobs will be done prior or course and paid with the rates explained, if the job is done, so please, if you are not a good PHP and MySQL programmer do not bid.
Thank you for your time and I hope we will work good together!
Please get back to me with your skills and portfolio/CV, so that I have something to start.
Again....NO COMPANIES, I'm looking for developers only.
