PARTNER - Web Designer, Web Programmer, Graphic Design

I am looking for a graphic and web designer (or design corporation) willing to partner up and receive compensation based upon equity-sharing in a newly formed business venture with *VERY* good financial prospects. More of the business will be discussed with qualified applicants through the PMB, but suffice it to say that the remainder of the team are all VERY hard working and are very respected in their respected fields of expertise and we require the same from you. I and am looking for a native english speaker capable of meeting deadlines with excellent communictaion skills and a very high level of competence at being able to complete the following tasks: - Full range of graphic design, logo creation and advertising creation capabilities (printed materials too) - Capable of building a website with full database integration (probably joomla, but posisbly completely custom designed) - Proficient at php, java, etc. and at customizing pre-existing modules / templates to suit our specific needs. - Knowledgable at creating and managing affiliates for the site you create. - Proficient at SEO marketing. - Capable of tweaking website as business grows, adding on extra modules (such as forums etc) and act as the webmaster for the site. Basically, we are looking for a person / organization that will become the IT and design segment of the corporation and 90% of this will consist of web programming, web design and website optimization / upkeep and the remaining 10% will consist of graphic design.
