Part-Time Joomla / WordPress Needed

Looking for a part-time Joomla / WordPress Developer.
Should be able to install Joomla components, creating modules, and make possible many Joomla functions.
As for WordPress, able to slice any Psd and install WordPress as the back-end system and install WordPress plugins.
All Psd templates will be provided; you will not do any template design; just basic adjustments maybe.
You must be able to slice Psd into html and install the website.
After development, contents will be added and when client is ready to go live, we'll transfer and install.
I like to know what are you fees for monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly pay.
And also, how many website(s) you can do per week as a part-time.
Provide past work using Joomla and WordPress.
The more different types of websites, the better.
My rating on GAF is very high, so I will not waist your time.
