Design, develop and implement, in a first phase, a web-based (multiplatform/multibrowser) application addressed to the organizers of conferences, conventions, seminars and generally any type of event (social or sports) to manage online registration for attendees. Based on the premise that the registration of the participants should be simple, accurate and economical. It does not require the purchase or installation of additional software, has to have a very intuitive operation. Must include customizable modules for each type of event: registration forms, print badges, discounts, payments, courtesies, reports. Also send mass emails to promote the event or confirm registration of participants as well as the generation of post-event surveys. Should be integrated with the social networks and allow integration with calendar programs.
1. For Site Manager:
a. Manage the site with different profiles. Must include a Webmaster module, with no access to databases.
b. Keep track of events, payments, generate reports and invoices, including an audit module
c. Have a payment system, which may determine different levels of fees and charges for additional services. Paypal integration
2. For the Event Organizer:
a. Create a Company Profile, which allows event organizers to create one or more events where participants register to those events.
b. Allow the event organizer to determine different user profiles in his organization
c. Create customizable forms with specific fields (with different input options: free text, button down, radio button, check box, etc.) for each type of event and the field options should be defined by the event organizer and be saved in the organizer's profile. Also determine which fields are required, and a field content validation to prevent duplicate records.
d. In the event information include a map of the site where the event take place.
e. Receive payments (registration for the event, additional services), a multicurrency module. Paypal integration. It can assign different levels of enrollment rates (based on date of registration, number of attendees) and can provide courtesies (by a code or voucher). As well as establishing a maximum number of participants.
f. Create participant badges, with barcode or q-code, optional photograph of the participant
g. Basic CRM: Send mass mailings to promote the event and confirm registrations or changes in itinerary. Create post event surveys
h. Create a mini promotion website for each specific event, using templates (lay-outs, colors, default font), including basic information.
i. Basic report generation (per event, per participant, by revenue, registrations, etc.)
j. Ability to export the databases of participants in different formats (xls, csv, adb, etc)
3. For the Participant to the event:
a. Allow creation of a profile where you store participant information (history, background information, payment information, etc.) Register via a Facebook profile, LinkedIn, Twitter.
b. Integration with Outlook or Google Calendar
