We need a subset of them In simple words a user that want to sell his informations (for example regarding his company or a specific topics) can register on the site, describe himself , add some keywords related of the topics regarding he is able to speak, define an hourly rate for speaking and being payed there with Paypal. The Info Buyer can register, decide to post an information request on the site that ll be sended by email to all registred users that has in their profile the same keywords. They can apply , say the reason why they can be choosed . Buyer can choose one of more to interview scheduling a meeting. Before meeting Buyer has to deposit a sum on the site like the hourly rate of the Seller Info After meeting Seller can input for how much time he was interviewed and asked to being the payed. Buyer have to agree and release money. All with paypal. We get a x% fee on each consultation on the total payment fo the consultation taking from the fee payed by the buyer to the seller.
