We Need WordPress, CSS, PHP and FTPS security expert for coding Custom Medical Website

Please note, deadlines are very important in this project. If you cannot complete the project by our mutually agreed upon deadlines, this project is not a good fit for you. We require short bi-weekly reports of project progress. There are 2 essential components to this project: WordPress Theme Customization: We will provide a .PSD mockup of the homepage. You must configure the provided WordPress theme to match the mockup EXACTLY and then work with us to modify remaining theme options as needed. We have attached an example short list of modifications. The website consists of approximately 28 pages. We request that you customize a child theme instead of modifying the parent theme directly. The WordPress theme is very robust. It is here: [login to view URL] The documentation for this theme is provided as an attachment. I have also attached the mockup with identifying information blurred out. The actual mockup will be provided to the chosen bidder. Contact Form and Security Requirements: We will install an SSL certificate on the website. The web address must be https:// The theme comes with the plugin Contact Form 7. However, we are not sure that this plugin will work for our needs. The form data must be submitted SECURELY via FTPS. The content of the FTPS file must be the data captured by the form plus the IP address of the customer. NO FORM DATA CAN BE STORED ON ANY SERVER OR RETAINED IN ANY PAGE CACHE OR BUFFER. Our security officer needs to be able to see a website change log. No version control schema is required at this time. This is a third-party project and we are your client. We are bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and we will require that you sign one as well.
