Need Website Similar to Ebay

I need a website similar to Ebay. This site will also have a classified section similar to Craigslist. So were dealing with a site where people can auction off their goods or list them in a classified ad style. I will need this site to pretty much operate just like Ebay (give or take a function). The classified ad section will perform just like Craigslist list with the addition of having fees tacked on to those posting their items for sell. If for some reason you're not familiar with Craigslist or Ebay, please do not bid on this project.
The home page will look a lot like Ebay, with the necessary changes needed to incorporate the classified ad section (button/link/etc... "the best way to present it"). I will need two youtube video players on the home page as well.
My banner / logo will be updated throughout the year, so I will need to be able to change it out with ease.
If you are a Turnkey Website firm please do not bid on this project UNLESS YOU CAN ACHIEVE THE ABOVE. I have found a few turnkey sites that might most of my needs but lacked the custom look I need.
I will be obtaining the domain name soon. Whosoever bid on this project please be able to provide hosting. I'm currently not interested in having this site built and given to me, leaving me to figure out how i'm going to put it on line, host and maintain it, etc...
Just an overview:
I need a site where people can list goods to sell in auction or classified style.
The users who post items will pay fees (i.e. Ebay style)
This site will need to be hosted (I do not own a server).
The site should be able to handle 50,000 visitors daily.
The classified area will only host five to ten cities. (With the hopes of adding more at another point in time. But we'll cross that bridge when we get there)
This will be small at first. But if it grows into a Ebay competitor a few years from now and you know this site (if you were to build it) or your hosting couldn't handle such a demand... do not bid on this project.
