Need a Web Developer to Fix a Few Issues

I need someone to do some work on [login to view URL] First and foremost I need the site to display 100% secure in all browsers. Right now especially in Internet Explorer an alert pops up stating the site is not secured and wonders if the user wants to continue. It does this again during the checkout. I have a secure site and want to make sure we remove/fix anything we need to (I believe it's the small share button in the bottom left corner of our template) make the site stop displaying there are unsecure items. Second I need someone to help me figure out how to find our specials products at [login to view URL] so we can use them fed into the app. This work can be done by a mobile app developer we just need help finding how to get the website to feed the products as they are added to the specials page. Third I need someone to create a way to change/edit the images in the top right corner of the website. I will also want a third box added to the top so there are three in the list. I want to be able to edit the banners when I want and not do it by the database. I want an option from our admin panel that allows me to click which one I want to insert the image to and choose it from my computer which will upload it etc... Lastly I need a graphic I am having created to popup when a new user enters the site. It will be a graphic that tries to get the user to sign up for our email newsletter so it will have a blank area which will need the user to enter their email and will allow them to join our mailing list. This should all open in a new window so they can easily navigate back to our site unless it can all be done on our site. The freelancer with the best experience and lowest bid will win this project!
