Need PHP Driven ADMIN Section to auto website Data

This project will probably be easier to complete for you than it will be for me to explain it!
Being an american sports fan will definitely help you understand this project and is a plus in who I pick!
I need an admin section created so that I can simply login and enter my data (sports picks) daily into a sort of online spreadsheet. Once data is entered (or midnight PT of the new day whichever comes 2nd) my website will be updated.
I have created additional details and some very rudimentary mock ups of the type of admin section I'm looking for.
