Music chart and social network site

Hello we are looking at starting a new music based networking site which also has a voting system on each profile that contributes to a music chart to be displayed with in the site. The concept is to mimic the idea of facebook, with each profile hosting a built in music player, video player and capabilities to extract and publish the page owners fb posts and twitter posts, we hope this is possible, our it skills are low. Each profile also has a list of 20 songs that all have the option to vote on each song (A concept) and be purchased (B concept) and a small description by the profile owner (C concept). A CONCEPT All songs in this voting system are not voluntarily uploaded by the profile owner, but by the website owner itself who provide a selection pool of music, each profile owner can pick from the music pool and host 20 of those songs on their profile, the order in which profile owners list the songs (number 1 being the highest) contribute to the over all website's music chart page. The chart page will show cd covers mimicking an in store. B CONCEPT Each song to have a list of icons including 1) Buy Song 2) Contact Artist 3) Feedback on the song (feed back to appear on the music chart page too when clicking on that songs cd cover) and also 4) VOTE C CONCEPT There is also the option to give it a 10 star rating and 20 word description written by the profile page owner. Other than that everything is pretty much straight forward. We are aware there are already social network templates that streamline building these types of sites. Our main point to communicate with you is that we are very conscious about making this look stylish as Facebook is too sterile and Myspace is plain horrible.
