Modern Template Design For CRE Loaded Site

I have a CRE Loaded website [login to view URL] that I need a much more modern looking template for. This website has a ton of modules added to it and a lot of custom work so it is important that the new template will not break any of the work that has been done. The way the current site is many things are hard to read and there is no focal point. I want a top notch redesign of the site that will make my company look much more sophisticated. - New template must not interfere with any of the features added in admin - Designer must have a testing server or some other way of previewing the site prior to going live - New template must be a total redesign of the way the website looks and feels, I want the site easier to view, navigate and understand by potential customers. - I'll need some custom form work done on several of the new pages for some new services we are going to be adding. I'll give you what I want the forms to say and do, you do the rest to make it work. - I want someone easy to communicate with and someone who has built templates for CRE Loaded sites in the past.
