I need a web service that will allow to to create a directory of people under different groups/department.
Each deparment will have a department head that will have a login (username and password) and be responsbile for inputting data of the members. This department head will be created by the Admin for every department create. Email address of the Head of Department will be entered for notifications.
The Data include:
Date of Birth(DDMMYYYY)
WF Status (Active / Not Active)
Year Joined WorkForce
There will be 3 Administrators that can view all all the departments members and search with all the available fields.
Birthday Notifications from every department will be Sent to the 3 Administrators via email.
Head of departments will recieve birthday notifications from only members of the department.
Notes will be entered by Head of Department and stored over time with a date stamp. Any Note entered will be emailed to the Admin email address. When a Member's detail is pulled. All the Notes entered against the member will also be shown (like a link) with date stamps
