Looking for SKILLED WORD PRESS PROGRAMER

Looking to a skill programer to edit word press theme, design header, and custom plugins. Theme is Free Samples, website url will be [login to view URL], ranking system to be like how this site ranks incoming traffic IE: [login to view URL] I am looking for a word press site, that can update daily with no interaction by a user, plug has to be smart enough to weed 90% of affiliate links. Updating will be controlled by me through adding to a list or similar of rss feed addresses or website address for post source locations. I also want to be able to post static Google ads, that stay in place. also want a ranking plugin that ranks linking website by number of visitors sent into site. giving the top 5 website a main index/ page return link under top partners. Must have included attractive click friendly Google ads placement that I can replace with my own google ad codes. remaining site.
