This site will work as a league hosting site. This site will work exactly as [login to view URL] but the layout doesnt need to be the same. Must be a professional design. People must be able to purchase leagues from the administrators and they can setup the leagues on the site for the people to add players to. A lot of little details will needed to be done with the site when I pick a programmer but I want this site to be clean and professionally done.
Application Definition
1. What is the application supposed to be?
An online renting league site that sells leagues to people who can set up their own leagues. Matches are played via Microsoft Xbox/Ps2/PC, and game statistics are entered by the players.
2. How is the site supposed to run?
What should happen is that the administrators of the whole site can designate leagues to people who purchase them. These leagues will have all the abilities of this league [login to view URL] . All leagues will have fully automated stats; commissioners (owners of the league who purchased it from admin) will be able to designate coaches onto the league. The coaches will be able to register on the site and can sign up to the league where the commissioners will put them on a team, and able to have the players put in stats and scores after the game to record everything. The site must allow commissioners to have a commissioner’s panel to themselves where they can kick/add players to the league, setup schedules, add and remove teams, change conferences and standings, able to setup brackets, add polls, and add rules. This site will pretty much be a clone of [login to view URL] . Coaches in the league must be able to be allowed to record stats and scores and be able to leave and join leagues. Administrators must be allowed to add commissioners to leagues and remove them. They must be able to setup leagues with a set amount of teams and be able to choose what sport they wish to run the leagues on.
