Instant Messaging Service - Website & Application

Hi, I am want to get a simple website made on the lines of the following websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Following are the details of the website / service / application : 1. Users create an account with us. Then they under their account settings enter their respective login credentials of all the major IM/Chat Services such as Gtalk, Yahoo, MSN, Facebook, etc. (Almost all services should be covered). 2. They should be able to chat simultaneously with their friends across all IM Services. 3. The site should also be made to work with almost all popular operating systems/platforms like Windows, Mac, Android, Symbian, Blackberry / AppStore, I Phone, Web Version (general) etc. We are not looking at building Apps at this stage as that could cost us more. But if one can do that in a reasonable price we could look at that too. 4. Google Adsense for Mobile should be integrated. 5. A dedicated space for the Ads of other products/website/services of our main company. 6. Google Analytics should be incorporated. Do let us know any other feature you may feel we can incorporate. We can look at using it as well. We are ready to start the project asap. Only professionals and companies who have dealt with such development in the past should bid.
