Innovative Website designers NEEDED

Hello We are looking to completely re design a website. Coding WILL be required. The previous website will be supplied. What I want: 1. My target audience is 18-35 male so the site needs to be energetic, busy, colorful and professional. 2. ONLY bid if you can start immediateley. I expect a web design mockup with 24 hours of the bid being given. The whole website to be produced within 1 week. Including revisions to content.
