I need somebody to fix my website and then program
additional features I described below.

mentioned in 2. Site's engine: LAMP. You need to be LAMP expert to take this project! Code is available
2. Chat is working 100% of the time for some users, intermittenly for other, and not working at all for some users.
You do not need to chat with anybody to see the problem
Login as bbbbb (password bbbbb) and try to talk in the lobby. If you do not see your own message after you send it - you see the isssue
