Finish website

We require someone to finish a couple of things on our website. The website has been developed in PHP and smarty templates.

Store slider image: We require someone to add a store slider function to our shop where we can add images. We need to be able to add and amend any images to this section of the website in the administration. Image dimension to be Exeter into the add,in area fr reference

Newsletter: This function is already incorporated, but in the form of HTML pop up box, this box is not working for us. We would like to just add a image and have our website link, email and unsubscribe option added

Paypal: The shopping cart is currently malfunctioning, clients can only get to the entering their details stage and can not go any further. they can not check out.

We need this fixed and also have our paypal and bank transfer incorporated

Journal: We have a picture blog that is not functioning either, it was but our previous developer has no idea and has left this inactive.

We will pay escrow 100% only when the job is completed, no part payments, one payment when the jobs is 100% completed. I hope you can understand our reasons for payment. This site is fully dynamic.

Store slider image: We need to be able to add and amend any images to this section of the website in the administration.
Upload the image, have the image dimensions next to the upload box.
This needs to be separate upload section on the website.
This has to be exactly like the rest of the administration, no HTML boxes

Newsletter: This function is already incorporated, but is not working 100% we need to be able to upload our HTLM file onto this section of the site and email all our client that subscribe.
There needs to be a unsubscribe link attached to each newsletter

When checking out, there is a subscribe to our newsletter check box, I would like this to be automatically tick but the client should have the option to unclick and continue checking out

Journal: We have a picture blog that is not functioning either, on each picture is a social media share option link that needs to be linked to Facebook,twitter and vimeo.
Also the filters on the page are not working correctly
