Event Tool

We would like to create a website that hosted event listings, pics, video links of our clients. The content would be organized my type of event, location, time. The final site will look and feel like a mobile phone app. There ill be listings of the various events. A feed from our facebook and twitter accounts. There will be 5 main categories and 20 sub-categories.

There three primary users of the site: Event promoters, advertisers and customers. Each will have an account to login to. The event promoters will have an admin account and the customers will have a user account.

There are three modules that will interact with one another.

1. Event tool: Visitors can scroll events and specials placed by our clients

2. Group management tool

3. Contest Management tool

1. Event Management: Members will be able to view an event list and tag the ones they want to save. They will be able to go back and vie, edit or delete the event from their favorites.

2. Group Management Tool: Members will be able to share a listing with their friends and invite them or respond to an invite. A member has the option to let others in their group see who else is attending the event.

3. Contest Management Tool: Customers will be able to track the points they get when they attend one of the events, send pics or videos of the event or invite others to an event. An event can be an actual concert to taking advantage of a restaurant special.

The set up will look different, again it is to look like you are looking at a mobile device.

FEATURES

· There will be an admin section where each member can login to add their events, pics vides.

· There will also be a super admin where our admin can assign accounts and manage the overall portal.

· There will be a tracking mechanism where users can save their favorite venues, events, people, etc.

· There will be an ad module for our client ads only.

· Search capable

· Activity Tracking: admin and members can login to their account and see the points they’ve gathered for visiting venues, submitting pics and vids as well as inviting their friends.
