Dynamic datingsite for streetsoccer-players

I want to launch a new website in Belgium and in the Netherlands that is similar to sites as [login to view URL], but instead of running or fitness, it would be a site for streetsoccer: It's a sort of dating site for streetsoccer where the players get a ranking when they win games. I am looking for a well experienced company or individual to design this from ground up. I am expecting the team to finish the website for 100% (I give hosting and domain-login, you take care of ftp transfer of the files). Good communication skills and 'problemsolving thinking' is needed. Passion for soccer and creativity are pro. I want to work like this: I give the ideas and concept + drafts of every webpage in powerpoint, you can turn this in a good working dynamic website (includes also webdesign)! *SITE FEATURES* +- 7 webpages including, welcome and login, register and logout. +- 12 dynamic frames (news, challenge someone, my games, history, search players,...) in a personal homepage. Automatic 'email functions': invitations to other players,... Important: the site must contain a 'newsfeed' wich can be related to facebook/twitter account of visitors (social plugin integration: users can easily Tweet/Email/Share on Facebook their favorite news) The website must be capable of handling 5000 concurrent users. I must also have the ability to follow the main statistics of the website. Extra info: The code should be modular and well-organized and should not contain any encrypted files. No outside services. No other software to buy. I require complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done (so that I may modify it in the future). A backup copy of all deliverables is to be sent electronically by way of upload to the final server used for installation AND zip file should be sent via email. All rights to software will belong exclusively to me, entire source code should be handed over to me. Escrow will be released to you when full website is complete, debugged, and uploaded to my server to my satisfaction. Website should work with all recent browsers i.e: IE 8 and 9 + latest version Google Chrome Screen resolution at 100% to fit screen from 1024x720 If the job is done correctly, there is a very good possibility for an ongoing relationship which included improvements and updates to this script.
