Hi, I'm looking for someone to build a Drupal 6 module that will deal with bookings and payments for a group of holiday cottages.
Here are some of the things the module must do:-
Allow site visitors to book a property for a number of days.
Pay a deposit through a payment gateway (Paypal) or through the Ubercart module.
Remind the customer to pay the balance a number of days before the booking, number of days can be set by the admin.
Allow the site admin to add properties descriptions and tarrifs.
Tarrifs can vary over time.
Allow the admin to add optional extras to selected properties and include these in the billing.
Allow the admin to confirm the booking to the customer.
When a booking is made the module must make that property unavailable for booking in that time space.
Allow the admin to set non bookable days with the admin able to say why, eg Refurbishment of property.
Multiple photos can be included in property descriptions.
Allow admin to set whether a property can be booked by the day or by the week and also to set what day or the week is changeover day. eg property A is bookable from Friday to Friday, property B is bookable from Sat to Sat.
Booking system should be easy to use with calender display for setting dates.
Property listing should be compatible with the FCKEditor module for ease of use.
Module should be compatible with themes built using Artisteer.
All source code and rights to be handed over to me on completion of the project.
I need to have a demo up and running in about 3 weeks for my client with completion in about 6 weeks.
Please give a detailed proposal so that I can see that you have read and understand the requirements.
Thanks for taking the time to read all this and I look forward to reviewing your proposal.
