Digital Distribution Site Needed To Be Built ( Big Project )

Hello everyone ! I need a digital distribution site dashboard built, to give you a sense of what I need, please view [login to view URL] . The site needed to be fully customized and built similar to ReverbNation using HTML5. The dashboard must also look like RN , and all the features like that. But the site won't include Music Player option, Charts, Local, Browse and App Creations ( like Fan Page, Website ) . But needed to have own profile page, distribution etc. The registering method must also be unique, and fast and also letting users choose subscription packages, and allow their memberships to upgrade or degrade. During registration, they will be asked for account type : Artist, Fans or Label. For Artist, the account will be usual ( upload releases, track statics of sales etc. ). For Label, the account will have more feature ( Create Artist, etc. ). For Fans, the account will only have to feature to listen to other tracks in artists' pages, comment, like their tracks etc. For Membership, there will be four options : Free, Basic, Standard, Silver, Platinum which will let users choose during signup process, except Free all the membership options will have to be paid for monthly subscription, and the features of the account will change according to membership option and account type. For the admin controlling dashboard ( where I can control users and other things as admin ) , I would like a very professional and custom created ones which I can control anything in detail. I would like options which I can control users and upgrade their membership, control payments, write Latest News, "Request Cashout" requests, and where I can update Stats of specific user ( you must have understand this ). But for Request Cashout, the minimum pay-point will differ according to the account [login to view URL] Stats, I would like the number of stats I typed will be shown as a bar graph, for example : if I type "50" for the month "August" it will show the line rising 50 in the bar graph, this must be simple too. Let me know if you have any further questions. I will not allow to use pre-made templates, pre-created sites to modify my needs. The site must be built from scratch. *No pre-payment will be made for the site* because I have to deal a lot with this.
