Re-desgined Church Website - [url removed, login to view]

My hosting customer is looking to have their site re-designed www.apostolicchurchoftipton.org. If it would be cheaper for you to design a template that I could just work off of that would be fine. The Pastor of the church specifically mentioned some example sites he liked:

The new site would need the following pages.
- Home Page
- About Us
- What We Believe
- Our Ministries
- Our Services
- Events
- Contact Us
- Submit Prayer Request
- Misc Pages
I would provide images from the local church to incorporate into the design. I will also require that this be custom designed and not from some template you have on file. It should look resolute yet contemporary and modern.
I wanted to give two more example sites and more stipulation. You're welcome to withdraw your bid if you cannot meet these stipulations.

More Stipluation:
- I use Dreamweaver, the site should be readily editable in Dreamweaver.
- An online content management system would be a HUGE plus.
- Once I pay for the site I own it. You may show the site in your portfolio, but please do not directly link to the site as it will take bandwidth away from my customer. I want to be able to bend it move and shape it anyway I want. I do not plan to distribute it, but I want to make sure it's not used for someone elses site. There's nothing more embarassing that seeing a site thats just like yours.
- I want the site centered like this example site:

- I want a dynamic menu that flows smoothly.
- I don't neccessarily want a lot of flash content, and the site can't be so graphically heavy that it will take forever to load on 56k so scale down those graphics so it doesn't look gaudy.
- Just copy and past the content from whats existing. Do not try and author content. The english has to be correct, I will take care of that.
Lastly I'm not a dummy...I know quality work when I see it. This may not be a lucrative job at first, but as I grow so too will your chances to gain more profit and exposure.
To clarify Payment Terms:
- Payment will most likely go through Paypal.
- 25% Upfront
- 50% When the project is 1/2 complete
- 100% When its delivered to me
