Clone Project - Free Forum Generation Website

Hi...I am looking for a clone of the following website. [login to view URL] The website allows a visitor to sign up for a free forum website (Blogs) which becomes a subdomain of the main website...I do not like the design of this site however and would look for a "Fun" looking design for a domain I have which is Klubz.com...On each forum generated, the site should automatically display Adsense adverts with my adsense code implanted and also have a banner rotation system at the top and bottom of the website. The user should be able to pick from about 200 skins for the phpBB design which is then automatically setup. Again this is exactly how [login to view URL] is functioning currently. The banners should be able to be set up in the main admin of the sites and displayed on all the subdomain sites created...This can be automated at a price determined per impression and again automated through Stormpay as the payment processor, with options of using 2Checkout and paypal (switchable in the admin section). A separate banner rotation should be placed for the main website too, one banner at the top and bottom of the site and THREE at the bottom. A script to encourage linking to this website which checks if a backlink is placed on the other site before inserting onto this site is also needed...I know this script is widely available on the on the internet.. The design of the website should be fun and inviting...The site should be search engine friendly with all the necessary 'tags' in place Before bidding, please take a close look at this site '[login to view URL]' and functionality. The signup process should capture the name, email address and address, country of the member for signup and place this into the admin area of the website so emails and newsletters can be sent out from here...Adsense should be placed onto every page of the website, and sub domain websites created. The site should be written in a script which I can edit in frontpage for the main design and pages so I can update the sit myself, like html or maybe asp if this is editable in frontpage but php can be used for the more complex scripts which can be integrated. I would prefer the site is set up on a reseller hosting plan I have which has mySQL, CPanel and Linux based. I may move this to a dedicated server in the future...
