Celebrity Gossip Site

What I am looking for is a designer with some creativity. I need you to mix two sites together for a nice full RSS feed gossip website to plug into my other one's.
For the main page, I would like something like this, [url removed, login to view] Something nice and pretty to draw people in. That lower middle row would update with the top news scandals, etc. I would also like, 'today's birthdays', and 'most popular sections' in the lower left versus those box graphics.
For the back end, I am looking for something similar to this,[url removed, login to view] ,in it's offerings. I want the layout however to remain consistent with the front page. Same color scheme, etc.
You can find a lot of the RSS feeds from just clicking the links in the different sections. I want as many different celebrity, news, music, movie feeds as possible.
You are going to need a DB of some kind to deal with archive and pictures. As well as the search function. You are mainly looking to pull same content delivery offerings. A single picture for each news story. On the main page, right column, I may use those for links (i.e. the big pictures) or features.
When contacting me on this bid.. actually give a BID. Or at least a ball park figure on what we are looking at based on initial details, or similar projects you've worked on.
DO NOT just send me your resume, your sales pitches, and other random comments that have little to nothing to do with the project at hand.
I want to know your experience on this kind of project, and how you plan to accomplish it in the time given. I want to know that should I choose you, then you will give me high end product and support along with meeting the time commitment.
I am not interested in hourly, or page by page random quotes. Nor hearing about the army of people in your company overseas.
