Build Website

I need to have a website created. Here is what I need this website to have: Pages - Home, About Me, Blog, Testimonials, Learning Center, Store (Ability to add or delete pages as needed, with option drop-down menus for subpages). Blog - Typical blog with subscribe options, and social media buttons. Learning Center - This is a products page that offers digital downloads for sale in the form of ebooks, mp3 and video. Downloads should be automatic once payment is made, and encrypted. Store - This page will contain physical products. Admin section - needs to be easy for me to manage. I need to be able to add/delete/change text on each page with wysiwyg editor, add photos to each page, add or delete pages, add/delete products, add/delete/change prices of products, create new tabs (pages) with optional drop-down menus for subpages. Ability to add social media buttons to pages. Shopping cart - I am planning on using paypal standard for checkout at this time. It would be nice to have a shopping cart on the site so that customers can add multiple items to their basket before checking out. I need the ability to add a sign-up box for newsletter, free report/gift, or other offer to capture email addresses. This will be on the front page, and possibly on other pages as well. Ability to add "Members Only" pages for paid subscribers or those who sign up. I do not currently have a template for this project. I have looked, but I don't know which kind of template would be best (wordpress, joomla, oscommerce, etc ). I'm hoping that you can either create a template for the website or point me in the right direction so I can provide one for you. Please feel free to ask me any questions you have about this project.
