I need to build a website to sell books from affiliates such as ebay, amazon, abebooks, [login to view URL] and would like to get an approximate price and timeframe for completion from you.

I don't need my site to be exactly the same as Valorebooks is mostly for textbooks. I won't be providing student loans but I do like the over-all layout. ( [login to view URL] )
Goal:
To give consumers more options for books and to help them narrow down choices to make the right decisions in purchasing books
Three strategies/concepts of the site:
1) To sell books from as many vendors on the internet. (Payment app will be required)
2) To have a better filtering system for searching products so that consumers can not only search by lowest price, ebooks, hardcover, categories but also location, delivery date, free shipping, etc.
3. A folder for selecting multiple books and storing them like the wish list on ebay. But the folder will do more than just store items. It will help the consumer narrow down the search criteria. Consumers can select multiple books, make comparisons on these choices and then buy the books based on the best choices.
