The following are excerpts from the specification document for this project. We need a great coder to build an engine for a web based business (trust seals). Please read the following extracts, if you are interested, we will send you the complete specification document including flowcharts, business processes etc.. The OMEGA Engine The omega engine would be scalable modular engine intended to build and modify end user procedures defined as ‘user experiences’. The process of creating a user experience is two fold ??" whereby each user experience created for a front end, end user interaction, must have the corresponding backend module designed to manipulate and process the data captured on the front end. EG: Phase one would be identified as the ‘client application module’. The Omega Engine should be able to build and modify the structure of the data entry phase whilst also being able to reference the captured variables later on to deliver a customized user experience post-activation. Defining and capturing string values would be the least difficult concept to build as this is the most basic of the tasks required. The true strength of the Omega engine would lie in its ability to feed encrypted data via the html polling scenario for SEAL generation. OBJECTIVES What differentiates this design from regular approaches is that this engine would allow the operator to build and manipulate front end facilitator interactions. To ensure the viability of this software, assuming standard business growth potential, it is essential to have a mechanism that can expand in a modular fashion to accommodate new products. In this sense it would not be unlike a rather stripped down version of a content management system.
## Deliverables

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
