php web scraper

This web scraper script must be in php only. It will scrape a single url + querystring which will return a single html page with 19 fields. I will provide the url of the website to be scraped if you message me. This php script should output the resulting fields to the browser in the form of pipeline delimited values. Before scraping the script will first search a mysql database to see if the results are already there. If they are, it will render the results from the mysql database. If there are no results in the database then it will scrape them from the website, and then write them back to the database.

I’m not sure if PHP is capable of using proxy servers, but if it is then I need this capability when scraping.
