Website Image Gallery Creator

Currently looking for a developer to develop and Website Image Gallery Creator that would be comparable to Express Thumbnail Creator in features; plus a few of our own ideas. We currently have the imaging component ImageXpress 4.0 that can be used to read images and create the thumbnails; so not imaging functions or controls will need to be developed. Mainly just the interface and the screens/dialogs of options that then generate a gallery needs to be developed. If possible it would be nice if the application could have multiple templates for the user to select how they want the gallery layout to be. I’m looking for the project to be developed in Visual Basic 6.0, and it should be designed with a nice looking interface. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Should run on Windows 98 and above (with IE 4.0 or above.) If is works in 95 that would be a plus. Must run on: Windows XP Windows 2000 Windows Me Windows 98 /w IE 4.0+
