The software I am requesting for bid is described as follows: 1. It will be written in VB 6.0 2. It will load with startup and stays in the system tray, can only be activated by a password 3. The software after being loaded into the system covers the screen so that the user has to enter username and password to enter into system a. This means you have to set up username and password in the program 4. Every output to the printer is recorded in a database a. The Application that printed the document b. The filename c. The number of pages d. Color or black e. Any reprint f. Date, time g. Username 5. Every copy made from system to diskette or any media or vice versa a. The name of the file with extension b. The Date and time c. Username 6. The will be a time to check inactivity, e.g. after 10 minutes of inactivity, black screen so as to protect the current user 7.
