Extract Email from Outlook Express (dbx Files)

I need a dll written in vb6 that will accomplish the following: Given a folder path (where Outlook Express dbx files will be), it will extract each email out of every file and save these emails as .txt files. Here are the rules to be followed: Properties: FolderPath DestinationFolder Methods: ExtractMail For every file that is found in the FolderPath, a matching folder name needs to be created in the DestinationFolder. Usually, just [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. will be found. But, in the event that there are more files (IE: custom folders that the user made) found, they must also be included. Now, every message needs to be extracted from the dbx and saved (in its raw SMTP format) as a text file in the correct folder. I dont care what the name of the file is, just make sure none will be lost/overwritten. I would name them [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.. The entire message source needs to be there...this means all mime attachments...100% everything, and intact. Additionally, if it can be done, I would like all the account information to be saved as well. I dont care about the contacts and is not needed. I would prefer this to be written in vb as thats what I know, but please bid even if you can do this in another language. Note: I must be able to reference this from within another vb project. So, ideally I want an ActiveX DLL with NO FORMS! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform It needs to run on typical windows machines...2000/xp/win 98 95 too would be a plus, but not required.
