We are looking to build a Policy Management Tool (hosted online) that allows us to:
- Stores and Organizes information about each 1) Investor, 2) Insurance Policy, 3) Individual Policy Owner, and 4) Broker
- Allows us to link Policy(s) to Owners and Investors and Brokers
- Allows us to upload relevant documents (PDF) to Investors, Policies, Owners profiles
- Allows us to host "Auctions" of a Policy where Investors view the Policy, and submit bids
- Handles digital delivery (FTP) of materials to Investors/Clients
- Orders/Requests physical shipping of materials to Investors, when needed
- Handles scheduling of payments and reminders for Investors, Brokers, etc.
- Dashboard for viewing/monitoring Policies, live Auctions, statuses
- A built-in Reminder/Follow-up system for Brokers to keep their schedules organized
