Fix Remote Printing Problem (IPP Protocol)

I think this one is for an exprt only with direct experience in this area... I recently set up a printer in the UK with internet printing protocol - so that I could print to it from remote locations. If I connect to it from another UK location it seems to work most of the time. if we try to print to it from thailand - it hardly ever works and usually comes up withan error (see below). The only way to get the printer working again after this is to turn it of and on again. The Hardware I am using is 3com office connect 4 port ADSL wireless router 3com office connect USB print server with IPP suport Samsung ML-1610 printer All devices are accesible online for diagnostic checing. I have spoke to 3com and they are not sure where the fault is. I need to know where the fault is and what I need to do to get everything running properly and completely reliably. The error that is printed out on the printer is as follows, although it does vary slightly from print to print internal error - false System : H6FWSIM/x1_image Line : 605 Version : QPDL 1.26 04-14-2005 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
