PHP Small Project Adding 5 Databases and % Medallions

I have a PHP program that runs online photo contests for model dogs. My former programmer is no longer available to work on this. I understand some of the work and while I am not computer proficient I can tell you what I need and give you some information as to what file you may need to find it. My program generates points, suffix and prefix titles to winning photos/dogs. It also performs an exam and gives medals and medallions out to those that place 80% or better on the exam. Some of the work is already done but I need 5 databases added to keep the score for 5 exams that I have just added. Also 5 medals that needs to be generated and displays on two the results pages. Also a final Golden Bone Award needs to have the number changed from 21 to 26 to cover the 5 new exams. This award is generated when a person has passed all the exams and earned an Esteemed Judges Medallion. All the medals, png and gif are already on file. My little club is for hobbyists and I make no money in holding these shows. It is just for fun. If we can understand each other and you have no issues working with a old lady that knows nothing about programming there may be additional work in the future as my programmer left in me a real lurch with lots of unfinished modules and bugs in the them.
