On my original web site, I have a contact form that allows the user to browse his computer and select multiple files to upload. The form sends the information to a PHP file that handles the input: The information from the contact form, including the name of the files, is sent via email to a specified address, and the selected files are uploaded to a specified folder on the server. On the original site, all of these functions are working. On my new site, I have a very similar form, and believe I have copied the PHP files involved (the form handler, and another script that allows the user to select multiple files to upload from his computer) without making any substantive changes. On the new site, everything is working when a user does *not* attempt to upload a file, but when a user tries to select a file to upload, there are a few problems. (First, the "multiple upload" handler doesn't seem to be working properly, because the user is only able to select one file at a time (whereas on my original site the user is able to select multiple files to upload), and there's a PHP error in the form handler when the user submits the form with a file selected to upload.
Here's what I need you to do:
(1) The project will be considered successfully completed when a user is able to select *multiple* files from his computer, submit the form, and have the files on his computer uploaded to my server's uploaded_files directory.
(2) Please note that I will give you access to the files on my *old* site, where everything is working perfectly. Hopefully you can see what needs to be changed in the new site based on the working files on the old site. I will also give you access to a beta version of the new site, so that you can work on the form/scripts there to ensure that things work.
