Need a WhatsApp Desktop Bulk Sending Software with : 1) Number filtering for WhatsApp number. 2) SIM/Sender registration (latest version to comply with WhatsApp) 3) Bulk WhatsApp text, photo, video message sending ability. 4) Accurate delivery report. 5) Two-way communication (Able to view and reply your recipient's message) 6) Detect and alert if there is any failed to work sender. 7) FULL SOURCE CODE needed. Please don't install on my PC and consider PROJECT is delivered. 8) Possible to use multiple IP address to send bulk messages.

Dear Client I have 3 different applications for whatsapp registration, Filter and message sending and are working very well. And all of them are Desktop c# application and i have one PHP application. I want to tell you that there is no need of Different IP address in desktop application because after retsrting Modem your IP address will be changed automatically.. thats a trick to save IP address buying cost.
