Spyware removed from software

I have a piece of software. It is free to use and download. However, I would like it to not try to install a tool bar when I install the program, I would also like to remove the requirement to register. Its really old software that the writers dont support or update. Their registration servers are just harvesting emails for spam, and they are down half the time. If you are affordable, we can do a few other quick fixes while its decompiled. Nothing major. This isnt very technical for someone familiar with the language. The lowest bid will likely win.
