our Web-shop and Box Ofice software. We would prefer an HTML5/CSS App that can be used on both IOS and Android rather than developing separate native Apps. The App will require simple GUI and sample screen shots can be provided. We have an API for our plug-in system and prototype php code for a plug-in to select valid Event data. The API will be supplied on request. We require the Application to be 'closed source' . We have significant php/mysql/smarty/html in house experience but need specialist mobile phone development experience for this Project. This Requirement is one of two Freelancer Projects for which we are seeking bids. The second requirement is for a specialist Test Software developer (posted separately). We would be willing to award the two Projects to the same Development team if hey possess the necessary skills.
